We offer you aperitif and dinner baskets prepared by local actors, using mainly local products from Lorraine.

We take great care to promote short circuits.

Summer menu (from 15 April to 15 October)

Aperitif basket

  • Plate of cold meats and cheeses, condiments and bread: 7,00 €/pers.
  • Crunchy vegetables from Reherrey, fresh cheese with herbs: 6,00 €/pers.
  • Foie gras with mirabelle plum brandy, mirabelle plum confit : 11,50€/pers.

Cold dinner basket

  • Cold roast pork, aioli sauce, penne salad: 13,00 €/pers.
  • Buffalo roast beef, tartar sauce, potato salad: 17,00 €/pers.
  • Salmon steak, curry sauce, rawness : 14,00 €/pers.
  • Italian penne salad: 10,00 €/pers.

Dishes to be warmed up on the wood-burning stove (from 2 persons minimum)

  • Brouville poultry casserole with vegetables: 17,00 €/pers.
  • Raclette with lake tomme cheese, charcuterie, steamed potatoes: 21,00/€pers.

Desserts

  • Chocolate mousse: 5,50€/pers.
  • Fresh fruit salad: 4,50€/pers.
